**Job Description**:

KMS Health Center is seeking an experienced and skilled **Senior Formulation Scientist** to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of products and contribute to cutting-edge pharmaceutical innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize formulations for various dosage forms, including:

- Oral solids

- Oral solid dosage (OSD) forms

- Injections

- Gels

- Creams

- Capsules

- Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialization.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve formulation challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience to Max 15 Years in formulation development and R&D.

- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation techniques and processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage projects and mentor junior team members.
