Senior Forgerock CIAM Consultant

As a Security Analyst / Consultant in the Risk Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for customers globally. Your role will involve engaging in Identity & Access Management projects, executing deliverables, establishing and maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, and anticipating risks within engagements. Additionally, you will be responsible for confirming work quality, creating a positive learning culture, coaching junior team members, and contributing to people-related initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging and contributing to Forgerock Identity & Access Management projects - Working effectively as a team member and updating senior team members on progress - Executing engagement requirements and reviewing work by junior team members - Preparing reports and schedules for clients - Developing and maintaining relationships with client personnel - Helping with performance reviews and feedback for team members - Contributing to recruiting and retaining IAM professionals - Maintaining an educational program for personal skills development - Following workplace policies and procedures - Managing performance for direct reportees - Fostering teamwork and leading by example - Training and mentoring project resources - Participating in organization-wide people initiatives Skills and attributes required for success: - Hands-on experience with Forgerock OpenAM for end-to-end IAM implementation - Good understanding of Forgerock OpenAM, OpenDS, and OpenIDM - Core Java development and debugging experience - Knowledge of JavaScript/Groovy Script for custom scripts - Familiarity with application servers like Tomcat and WebLogic - Experience in setting up Forgerock environments in standalone and cluster settings - Strong understanding of access management fundamentals - Capability to design scalable solutions for large problems - Flexibility to work with new technologies in IAM domain - Experience in client-facing roles for Single Sign-On implementation - Strong communication and presentation skills To qualify for this role, you must have: - B.
