As a Senior Flutter Developer at RedoQ, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance server-side applications using Flutter and Dart. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining reusable code, implementing scalable architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, conducting testing, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code using Flutter and Dart. - Develop and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable application architecture. - Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and user experience. - Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and quality. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Flutter. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart. - Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries and APIs. - Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
