HTML Designer

The position of HTML Designer is available at RedoQ, an esteemed IT company located in Kolkata, India. RedoQ is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional digital experiences. We are in search of an experienced HTML Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly web pages. As an HTML Designer at RedoQ, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaboration with designers and developers is crucial to ensure the implementation of UI/UX best practices. You will also focus on making web pages mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices, as well as writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HTML design and web development, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential, as well as experience with responsive design and frameworks like Bootstrap. Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, are also required. Strong attention to detail, creative abilities, excellent communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects are essential qualities we are looking for. The successful candidate should possess advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and strong experience in JavaScript for enhancing web page functionality. Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, as well as experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap, is highly desirable. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions, experience with Git or other version control systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also important qualifications. Preferred qualifications include experience with CSS animations and JavaScript libraries for creating interactive web elements, understanding of SEO principles, knowledge of web accessibility standards and practices, experience with web performance optimization techniques, and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
