Senior Firmware Developer

As a skilled and motivated Firmware Engineer with 2+ years of experience in firmware development, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and MQTT, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain firmware for embedded systems. You will implement and optimize RTOS for efficient performance and develop/integrate MQTT and other communication protocols for embedded applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features is crucial. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices in firmware development, debug complex firmware issues, and participate in system architecture design while contributing to technical documentation. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in firmware and embedded systems. Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in firmware development. - Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming. - Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS or similar. - Hands-on experience with MQTT protocol in embedded systems. - Familiarity with microcontrollers, ARM Cortex, or similar architectures. - Knowledge of hardware interfaces and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex firmware issues. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with IoT devices and cloud connectivity. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of other communication protocols (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi). - Understanding of cybersecurity principles in embedded firmware development.,
