Job Description

The role is responsible for providing expertise to R2R project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. You will collaborate with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making and conduct complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. Additionally, you will represent the Record to Report organization as needed, build productive relationships, and mentor lower-level employees. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise to R2R functional project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and acting as an expert to guide process improvements and establish policies for finance processes. You will perform complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, lead and drive finance process improvement initiatives, and oversee analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance. Furthermore, you will represent the R2R function during cross-regional or cross-functional projects and process discussions, apply advanced subject matter knowledge, and contribute to complex projects while exercising independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies. Developing and building productive internal/external working relationships, as well as providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees, will also be part of your role. Education & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required - Typically, 3-5 years of work experience post-CA/CMA qualification Requirements: - Comfortable with early morning or late evening shifts (Cab service will be provided) - Willingness to work from the office Knowledge & Skills: - Accounting - Auditing - Automation - Corporate Finance - Balance sheet reconciliation, analysis, and deep dive - Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Internal Controls - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Process Improvement - SAP Applications - Variance Analysis Cross-Org Skills: - Effective Communication - Results Orientation - Digital Fluency,
