Senior Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at our client's prominent IT Services & Consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and long-term planning. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models to analyze revenue and margins, preparing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and monitoring key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. You will be expected to provide valuable financial insights through the preparation of dashboards, financial reports, and presentations. Identifying financial risks and opportunities, along with offering recommendations for improvement, will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and operations will be vital to support various business initiatives. You will also drive gain/loss analysis, sales statements, product costing, profitability reporting, revenue recognition, overheads analysis, expenses analysis, and productivity calculations to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. The successful applicant for this role should be a qualified CA/MBA with proficiency in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis tools. A minimum of 2-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT/Software industry, is required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential qualifications for this position.
