Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview: Lincoln Electric is looking for a Finance professional to join their team in Chennai. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for organizing and analyzing financial data across different Business Units, analyzing financial and operational results, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing financial reports, and supporting various financial analysis activities. You will also be involved in reviewing and improving existing processes, supporting CAPEX project evaluation, and managing financial systems and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and analyze financial data across different Business Units, including Production, Sales & Supply Chain. - Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance. - Collaborate with various stakeholders and coordinate for close process, forecast, and budget process. - Provide drivers and context to financial results. - Produce financial reports for all Business Units. - Prepare analysis and proactively propose solutions to identified problems. - Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts. - Collaborate with R2R & Finance Controller to prepare data-driven statistical forecasts and budgets. - Support CAPEX project evaluation and review. - Support SG&A analysis. - Support Financial Modeling. - General reporting to Corporate. - Support Business Unit presentations. - Manage Financial Systems & Tools. Qualification Required: - Proficient in Finance & Accounting, with analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships. - Excellent computer skills and experience with accounting software (SAP, HFM, etc.) & Microsoft Office applications. - Good level of English language proficiency. - Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, etc. - 6 to 7 years of relevant experience.,
