Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role involves managing end-to-end financial functions and supporting strategic planning and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Implement cost-control measures and effective financial strategies
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion
• Prepare MIS reports, financial models, forecasts, and management dashboards
• Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams
• Supervise and guide the accounts team for accurate and timely book closure

Requirements

• CA Qualified or CA Intermediate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting after CA Inter/Final
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit processes
• Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
