Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead the organization’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic professional with strong analytical capabilities and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role requires independent handling of end-to-end finance functions while supporting business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMonitor cash flow and working capital, and implement effective cost-control measuresEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulationsCoordinate and manage internal and external auditsDevelop MIS reports, financial models, forecasts, and management dashboardsImprove and streamline finance processes for better efficiencyLiaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departmentsLead and supervise the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate book closure

Requirements:

CA Qualified or CA Intermediate (Mandatory)
Minimum 8+ years of experience after CA Inter or CA Final in finance and accountingStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit proceduresHands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS ExcelExcellent leadership, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyMaster’s degree is requiredCandidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Kochi before joining

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
