Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role involves managing end-to-end finance functions and supporting strategic financial planning and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Implement effective cost-control and financial management strategies
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion
• Prepare MIS reports, financial models, forecasts, and management dashboards
• Improve financial processes and systems for better operational efficiency
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely closing of books

Requirements:

• CA Qualified or CA Intermediate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience after CA Inter/Final in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures
• Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
