Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and vendor payments. Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes including timely filings and reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally or relevant ERP software. Oversee payroll processing including salary computation, deductions, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement. Supervise and support the finance team, managing task delegation, performance tracking, and training. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, budgets, and MIS for management review. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure readiness for statutory, internal, and tax audits, monitor cash flow, manage expense tracking, and support forecasting activities. Ensure all financial documents and records are properly maintained and audit-ready. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational and financial alignment. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 35 years of relevant experience with exposure to taxation, payroll, and team management, proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial systems. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll components, and compliance regulations. Experience managing or supervising a finance/accounts team. Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
