Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Finacle core banking solutions, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems related to application support, data management, and system integration.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent communication skills, empathy, and proactive issue escalation when necessary.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage for critical production systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, problems, and resolutions using defined processes.
