Job Description

Design end-to-end enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using IBM FileNet platform.
Lead the development and implementation of FileNet applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Provide architectural guidance and governance on FileNet standards and integration patterns.
Utilize tools such as IBM Content Collector (ICC), BatchIt, and FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM) for solution development and deployment.
Integrate FileNet with third-party applications and systems using APIs, with experience in tools such as Kofax for document ingestion.
Ensure smooth integration of FileNet with underlying infrastructure including IBM WebSphere, Unix, and Linux environments.
Maintain strong business communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and guide teams in adopting FileNet design best practices and development standards.
