Senior Field Sales Engineer – Air Compressors

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Field Sales Engineer to promote Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors across Himachal Pradesh and the Tri-City region. Candidates with experience in industrial equipment sales—especially in air compressors, blowers, pumps, chillers, vacuum systems, dryers, or HVAC—are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Reciprocating, Screw & Oil-Free Compressors
• Generate leads and expand customer base
• Provide on-site technical support & product demos
• Handle negotiations, close deals & maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment
• Travel to industrial hubs including Baddi, Solan, Parwanoo, and Chandigarh

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5–8+ years in sales of air compressors or related industrial equipment
• Background in capital goods, rotating machinery, or utility systems
• Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong understanding of compressed air systems and applications
• Effective communication, selling & relationship management skills
• Must own a vehicle and be ready for frequent travel
