Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Field Officer at ITI Finance Limited, based in Pollachi. The Senior Field Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing loan eligibility, collecting and verifying documents, and conducting credit evaluations. Additional responsibilities include promoting our financial products, ensuring timely repayment collections, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in customer relationship management and maintaining positive client interactions
• Experience in loan processing, credit evaluations, and document verification
• Knowledge of financial products, especially vehicle finance, and an understanding of market dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the finance industry and familiarity with the local market of Pollachi is a plus
