Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer who can embrace and understand the vision of our Founding Director and bring it to life through innovative designs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for luxury Indian fashion and the intricate details that define our brand. You will be responsible for creating designs that align with our brand identity, managing the production process, and working closely with our team of skilled tailors and karigars (handwork artisans) to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Founding Director to understand the concept and vision for new collections. Design and develop products that align with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends.

Lead and manage the execution of designs with a team of tailors and karigars, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Source materials and fabrics that complement the brand’s luxury image. Oversee the entire production process, from initial sketches to final product, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments. Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and incorporate innovative design techniques. Participate in quality control checks to ensure the final product adheres to the brand’s specifications.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
