✨ Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Consultant with a background in premium/luxury ,fashion retail sales with a preference for prior experience in made-to-measure —not a design role. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience by offering styling advice and assisting clients in selecting and customizing their perfect made-to-measure (MTM) outfits.

Your goal will be to create a seamless, high-touch client experience while meeting individual sales targets.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit based on their preferences
• Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) orders, fittings, and trials
• Ensure high store standards and hygiene practices
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store-wide goals
• Coordinate closely with the tailoring/master team for delivery timelines
• Maintain detailed client records, preferences, and order history
• Deliver top-class post-sale service and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail (store-based)
• Excellent communication skills and strong grooming standards
• Passion for men’s fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting
• Prior experience in MTM or bespoke clothing is highly preferred
