Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely resolution of queries from vendors, clients, and other stakeholders related to procurement activities. - Update and maintain records, databases, and documentation in electronic form for audit purposes. - Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage escalations when necessary. - Maintain compliance with control procedures, regulatory requirements, and accounting policies. - Assist in developing internal documents, processes, controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts to streamline transaction processing. - Conduct thorough reviews of staff work and provide constructive feedback. - Deliver high-quality client service, update supervisors on progress, and address client requests promptly. - Contribute to building and managing relationships with external and internal (EY) clients. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree in Accounts and Finance. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA (UK), CPA, or MBA will be advantageous. - 3-6 years of post-qualification experience, including expertise in Management Information System (MIS) reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. - Knowledge of Crude oil or Hydrocarbon accounting is a plus. - Willingness to travel on short notice and flexibility in working US shifts as needed. - Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
