As a Senior Export Manager at Qutone, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding existing relationships in international markets. This role requires extensive travel, strategic sales planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in target international markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed export sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, logistics, and client satisfaction.
- Represent Qutone at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing export markets and driving sales growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients and explore new markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate in International Sales, Exports, Marketing, or related fields.
