Senior Experiential Designer & Visualizer

As a Designer at PivotRoots, a Havas Company, you will collaborate with Senior Designers and Directors to create innovative design solutions aligned with strategic briefs. You will work on various projects such as packaging, branding, digital, and user experience, bringing bold ideas to life with clear, impactful visuals. - Create visual elements like logos, original images, and illustrations to convey messages effectively. - Design layouts for websites, magazines, brochures, reports, and other publications, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all design projects in alignment with branding guidelines. - Collaborate with marketing team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. - Develop prototypes and mockups for new design concepts, ensuring they meet specified requirements before final production. - Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance the company's visual communication strategy. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines. - Design for both digital (web, social media, email campaigns) and print (flyers, posters, banners) platforms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field. - 6-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity. - Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools. - Strong creative skills and innovative thinking. - Excellent attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual balance. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide prompt solutions. - Agency experience is a plus.
