Senior Experiential Designer - UI/UX

Role Overview: As a Senior Experiential Designer - UI/UX at PivotRoots, a Havas Company, you will be responsible for creating user-centered experiences through interaction design and information architecture. Your main focus will be on delivering intuitive designs and ensuring seamless digital journeys for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client briefs and actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation processes - Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design - Experience in User Experience planning, use case preparation, and wireframe development - Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements - Provide guidance, reference, and direction to team members - Make senior client presentations confidently - Ensure creative quality control - Direct ongoing usability testing and assessment - Stay updated on current and emerging UX/UI, interaction design, and technology trends - Proficient in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI/UX - Develop innovative visual design, layouts, iconography, and interactive solutions consistent with corporate brand identity - Design multi-channel services or experiences - Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive/Adaptive/PWA UI design - Participate in co-creation sessions and collaborative workshops with stakeholders and users - Understand and design complex functional specifications - Responsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned Other Responsibilities: - Communicate ongoing concepts and deliver milestone objectives with the team - Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement - Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, interaction design, digital media design, or related design field - Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - UX & UI & Visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating hands-on interaction/visual design for web, mobile, and software applications - Experience with standard User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies - Previous work focusing on mobile and web applications only Additional Details: You should be passionate about user-centered design practices with a keen eye for detail. Strong experience in Graphic User Interface design is essential. As a creative problem solver, you should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
