Job Description

As a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe Design, you will have the opportunity to lead design for the product, provide mentorship to other designers, and work on market-leading products in the spaces of advertising, digital learning, interactive webinars, and documentation. You will be part of a global design community, collaborating with some of the best design talent in the industry to build tools that redefine how people learn and work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design for the product, working on direction and details, and provide mentorship to other designers - Make important decisions about product vision, roadmap, and user experience - Create user experience goals and design artifacts aligned with the product vision - Engage and influence decisions with multiple project stakeholders - Convey design ideas through sketches, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and other media - Drive business impact, meet product objectives, and respond to user feedback - Plan and conduct primary and/or secondary research and usability tests - Evangelize design as a function and help develop culture and processes across the design team Qualifications Required: - 8-10+ years of industry experience in experience design - Strong formal education background in HCI or design-related field - Ability to grasp complex problems and translate them into practical design solutions - Proficiency in Figma and/or other prototyping tools - Strong understanding of visual and interaction design principles - Comfortable working in hybrid release cycles and accepting feedback in a rapid iterative design process - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong relationships, culture, and community-building efforts are deeply valued If you are looking to make an impact in a diverse and innovative work environment, Adobe offers exceptional employee experiences and opportunities for growth.
