Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be well-traveled across India, highly tech-savvy, and capable of leveraging the latest tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Design and operate customized itineraries for individual and group travelers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transporters, and guides to ensure seamless operations.
• Use digital tools, CRM, and travel platforms to manage client communication and bookings.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and technology to improve service quality.
• Assist in building innovative travel products and experiences for global clientele.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in inbound travel sales & operations.
• Well-traveled within India with strong destination knowledge.
• Strong technical skills; comfortable using CRM systems, online booking platforms, and digital tools.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
