We are seeking a Senior Manager for Outbound Tours with extensive knowledge of global destinations, outbound packages, sales, and promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, negotiating with suppliers, and be well-traveled and ready to travel. Key Responsibilities: Work at a managerial level, overseeing outbound tours. Extensive knowledge of short and long-haul international destinations. Additional knowledge of domestic destinations is a plus. Proficient with online booking portals. Skilled in using social media and other promotional methods. Expertise in costings, creating tailor-made itineraries, sales, and operations. Computer savvy with excellent communication skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of visa processes, insurance, and ticketing. Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in a managerial role. Strong understanding of overseas destinations. Familiarity with domestic destinations (preferred). Proficiency in online booking systems. Knowledge of social media and promotional strategies. Expertise in costings, itineraries, sales, and operations. Computer literate. Excellent communication skills. Team leadership and motivation skills. Knowledge of visa, insurance, and ticketing procedures.
