Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager Finance Controllership, you will:

• Oversee financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and policies to safeguard the organizations assets.
• Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and address queries effectively.
• Analyze variances in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business goals.
• Stay abreast with emerging changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Controllership.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial tools, accounting standards, and software applications.
