Job Responsibilities: Lead the telecalling/sales team in making outbound calls to prospective clients for selling products/services. Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met. Provide guidance and training to junior telecallers to improve their performance and sales techniques. Engage with key prospects, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for future business opportunities. Oversee the customer follow-up process to ensure timely closure of deals and post-sales service. Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to present to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to align efforts and strategies. Resolve escalated customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.
