SAP B1 Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve SAP B1-related queries, including data discrepancies, system errors, and user issues.
Report Automation: Develop and maintain automated reports using SAP B1's reporting tools, including Crystal Reports and SAP Business One's built-in reporting features.
Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.

Requisite Skills

Experience in SAP B1, preferably in a master data management or financial reporting role.
SAP B1 Certification: SAP B1 certification is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

Nice to Have:

Experience in automation tools: Experience in automation tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
