Senior Executive, Quality Control (QCC)

You will be responsible for testing and releasing raw material, packing material, and miscellaneous material samples in the QC department of a sterile manufacturing plant. Your duties will include maintaining reserve samples as per SOP, preparing specifications for raw materials, packing material, in-process and finished products, and stability protocols. You will also be involved in preparing study protocols, sampling materials, preparing volumetric and reagent solutions, and conducting water analysis as per specifications. Additionally, you will be required to keep the workplace neat and clean, follow good laboratory practices, test and release in-process, finished product, standards, and stability samples. Calibration and maintenance of instruments/equipment, self-training, preparation of indents, COA of various products/materials, and sharing login credentials with new joiners are also part of your responsibilities. As a Department Training Coordinator (DTC) for the QCC Department, you will ensure employees are trained as per the function mapping before starting work, upload training copies of new/revised SOPs, and update training-related activities. You will also generate re-training when needed, submit employee training files to the training cell when necessary, and initiate AIMS Requisition for employee-related changes in the AIMS Software. Your qualifications should include a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharma degree with 2-7 years of experience in the QC department of a sterile manufacturing plant.
