Job Description

A) Job description:-
1. Execution and monitoring of production batches in the Upstream process area as per approved BPR and timely documentation of the same. 2. Operating of Upstream equipment for process and CPI/ SIP as per SOP e. g. 100 L & 200 L fermenter, Centrifuge, High pressure homogenizer, spectrophotometer, Autoclave. DHS, Cold room, Integrity Machine etc. 3. Preparations of process and equipments related SOPs. 4. Raising change control and deviations in the QA approved format and working with concern departments for closer of the same. 5. Timely instructions to engineering team in case of facility or equipment breakdown. 6. Coordinate for PM/AMC of manufacturing equipment. 7. To Assist in technology transfer from R&D to Manufacturing. 8. To attend on Job cGMP and safety training 9. To ensure safety at workplace. B) Relevant work experience - 5 to 12 Years. C) Education Qualification - M. Sc (Microbiology/ Biotechnology)
