Senior Executive Order Management

As an Individual Contributor in Order Management and Logistics, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for Sales Order Entry (Domestic & Export) and Export Order Processing. - Coordinate with business team to schedule transporters, containers, and vessels for export shipments to meet delivery commitments and monthly sales targets. - Manage coordination with CHA for export clearance and ensure timely provision of document sets to customers. - Handle debit note/credit note management and maintain service levels on Turnaround time and accuracy. - Collaborate with SAP IT team to establish process controls in SAP and work with RPA team to automate work processes. - Identify areas of improvement and process change by working with stakeholders. - Provide training on various aspects of work processes, Logistics best practices, and SAP transactions as an internal Subject Matter Expert for Sales Order Management and Logistics team. - Participate in Sales/(Outbound) Logistics team meetings to support in improving cost and schedule, mitigating risks, managing claims avoidance, and resolving issues. - Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and customer service across the entire Order to Cash cycle. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business units/sites through effective and appropriate communication. - Ensure integrity and accuracy of all information reported to internal and external customers, promoting a quality culture within the GBSS by focusing on reducing cycle times and costs of non-conformance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Experience in Sales Order Management and Logistics. - Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software tools.
