 Senior Executive - Operations and Service 
 About The Role  
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - Operations and Service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing operational processes, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational objectives.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of service delivery processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train junior team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resource planning, budget management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

  •  Qualifications & Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or service management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, service delivery standards, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
