Senior Executive-Operation & Marketing

Urban Yatra is looking for a dedicated and confident Female Operations & Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations and support marketing activities. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Handle daily travel operations, bookings, and vendor coordination.
• Communicate with customers for queries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, vouchers, and travel documents.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and local vendors.
• Maintain records, reports, and booking details.
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and customer satisfaction.

Marketing

• Assist in creating social media posts, captions, and promotional content.
• Support Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing activities.
• Work on Canva for basic creatives (preferred but not mandatory).
• Promote tour packages, offers, and engage with online inquiries.
• Maintain social media calendar and track engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (travel/marketing background is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and social media familiarity.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
