Senior Executive, Manufacturing Process Operations

As an API Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing API manufacturing processes. Your main focus will be on ensuring consistent product quality, adherence to cGMP guidelines, and efficient resource utilization. You will also be expected to troubleshoot process issues related to yield, quality, and safety, while providing technical support to resolve them. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. - Optimize processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. - Assist in scale-up and technology transfer processes. - Support production planning activities. - Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and readiness for inspections. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Implement safety and environmental control measures. **Qualifications:** - B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering. **Experience:** - 10 years of experience in API manufacturing, with a strong knowledge of cGMP. **Skills Required:** - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines. In addition to the essential functions, you will also be responsible for preparing P&IDs for new or modified processes and implementing them accordingly. You will also be involved in preparing capacity enhancement proposals based on business requirements and actively participating in their implementation.,
