Senior Executive - Legal & Contracts

You are looking for a Senior Executive in Legal and Contracts to join Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. based in Ahmedabad. As part of the Legal & Contracts team, your role will involve managing contractual matters related to building design and procurement services for construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing customer and supplier contracts - Supporting negotiations - Ensuring legal compliance - Maintaining up-to-date records for multiple ongoing construction projects - Drafting and reviewing contracts to identify and mitigate potential legal risks - Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers - Managing multiple contracts simultaneously - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, proper documentation, and timely renewals - Analyzing complex data and information to make sound decisions To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law (Preferred) or Business Administration, or a relevant field. Additionally, experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or a related field will be beneficial.
