Senior Executive Learning and Development

As an L&D professional in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, your role will involve creating, developing, implementing, and conducting learning initiatives for employees. You will act as an extension of the Learning team for stakeholders, evaluating existing learning initiatives in India and implementing relevant programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Sound knowledge of L&D fundamentals, competency mapping, assessment, and various adult learning styles. - Interact with businesses to analyze their needs and collaborate with them to provide learning solutions. - Collaborate with different functions and their learning SPOCs to discuss and align on learning needs. - Partner with HRBPs to drive the learning agenda and initiatives in the business. - Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to execute learning initiatives. - Track and monitor learning metrics to ensure effectiveness. - Coordinate with subject matter experts to create customized learning modules, such as self-paced videos tailored to Impetus products and solutions. - Utilize SuccessFactors LMS or any other LMS for executing learning initiatives (Preferred for an experienced candidate). - Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through assessments, surveys, and analytics preparation. - Conduct learning programs on soft skills as a trainer. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development. - Proficiency in L&D, Competency model, Kirk Patrick Model, and TNI.
