To oversee and manage the organization's data assets, ensuring their quality, governance, and security, while also extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decision-making. This role bridges the technical and analytical aspects of data, ensuring its correct use, governance, and value realization for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into databases or data warehouses.
Maintain data integrity and ensure high data quality standards.
Work closely with different departments (e.g., finance, marketing, product) for data requirements.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
Implement measures to secure sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
Relevant experience in extracting, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into databases.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulae.
Capability of Data cleansing, Data accuracy and Data validation.
Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
