Job Description

As an Executive / Senior Executive - HRBP in the Human Resource department at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. You will be working from the office either in the shift of 5:30am - 2:30am or 6pm - 3am from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Retention & Engagement: - Drive retention management strategies and lead engagement activities like Skip Meetings, One-on-One Discussions, TL-HR Meets, and other Connect Sessions. - Execute Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results, and derive actionable insights. - Oversee growth initiatives such as Internal Job Postings, Process Postings, and Promotion Interviews. - Employee Relations: - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to foster healthy employee-employer relations. - Manage the complete hire-to-retire cycle with a focus on Engage, Enable, and Retain strategies. - Strategize and ensure the execution of Employee Relations initiatives company-wide. - Policy, Process & Compliance: - Update and implement HR policies, conduct presentations, and refresher training. - Investigate policy violations and enforce appropriate disciplinary actions. - Employee Engagement Activities: - Organize motivational, team-building, and business-related activities like floor games and quizzes. - Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys, implementing improvement plans. - Recognition & Reward: - Manage award ceremonies, develop approaches for recognizing and rewarding employees effectively. - Grievance Management: - Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations promptly. - Act as an arbitrator between management and employees to resolve issues efficiently. - Exit Management & Attrition Analysis: - Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and provide insights to leadership. - Proactively engage with critical talent through one-on-one meetings. - Communication & Change Management: - Ensure effective communication on policy guidelines, employment processes, and benefits. - Data Analysis & Reporting: - Prepare monthly attrition reports, track trends, and formulate retention strategies. - Maintain updated employee databases and generate monthly reports tracking events, confirmations, exits, and other relevant data points.
