Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge in the domain of GST litigation and proven team management skills to lead a team of 2-3 individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing GST Compliances, litigation, advisory and managing a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate technical and legal considerations into decisions. Key Responsibilities: Support in GST litigations including preparation of workings and drafting reply/ appeal. Overseeing GST compliance including GST refunds. Qualifications: (Must be either CA with litigation experience or have a degree in law with relevant experience) Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. Or Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or a related field is preferred. Additional skills: Good in Excel
