Job Description

The Group Sales Team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through bulk bookings and managing group travel requirements. The team works closely with multiple departments to deliver seamless travel experiences for large groups, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As a part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the group revenue targets as assigned.
  • Conduct individual performance reviews and ensure quality checks for case handling, ensuring no escalations.
  • Act as the liaison between the Sales Team and other departments within IndiGo for all group travel-related matters.
  • Maintain the required turnaround time (TAT) for processing all quotes and inquiries.
  • Execute any other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time by the management. Qualifications & Experience:

Education Qualification

  • Any Graduate
  • Industry Preference: Candidates from the Travel or Airline industry.
  • Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience
  • Nature of Experience: Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or an airline background is preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in Flight Speed, Mini Soft, and MS Office tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in reservations or airline processes.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to work across teams seamlessly.
  • Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, dashboards
  • Data Visualization Tools: Power BI for presenting sales insights
  • Reporting Automation: Ability to design automated reports and reduce manual effort.
