Senior Executive / Finance Manager

As a meticulous and proactive Finance Manager Accounts & Compliance Controller, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and compliance activities. Your role will involve finalizing bookkeeping and financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting statutory tax compliance and assessments. Strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and tax authorities are essential for this position. Your key responsibilities will include finalizing books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, overseeing daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance with accuracy and compliance, assisting in tax assessments, and managing statutory and tax compliance such as filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. You will also liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed, ensure timely closure of period-end financials and reconciliations, and assist in internal financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. To qualify for this role, you should be a CA with 3-5 years of practical experience in accounting finalization, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. You must possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, as well as experience with accounting software such as SAP or Tally, and familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.
