Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounts receivable, timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, GST filings, and supporting overall financial accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom/service center collections and daily reconciliations.
• Follow up and escalate delays in cash deposits and fund receipts.
• Ensure timely third-party finance collections.
• Handle billing, SAP entries, and invoice corrections.
• Perform bank, GL, revenue, and monthly financial reconciliations.
• Prepare & file GSTR-1 and 3B (Sansco KL & TN).
• Review payroll postings, statutory deductions, and incentives.
• Upload schemes, margin differences, OSR commissions, and GR/IR entries in SAP.
• Prepare customer ledgers and support monthly financial closing.
• Upload invoices to OI Portal (GCSM) on time.
• Handle SC subsidy filing and POS machine support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounts, or Finance.

Skills

• Strong Excel & SAP skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliances.
• Analytical & reconciliation skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Experience

• 5+ years in Finance/Accounts Receivable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
