Your role will involve handling complete export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with logistics and internal teams for timely deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, responding to queries promptly, analyzing shipment data and export performance using Excel, and supporting sales/marketing efforts for international business. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in exports and documentation, strong customer handling and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, and international marketing experience is preferred.
