Job Description

Overview: Certified CPC/CCS coder with minimum 3 years of post-certification experience, experience and skillset, to review the medical records and determine the coding corrections. E&M Coders. ;Qualifications:CPC/CCS Certified Coder with minimum 3 years of experience after certification.Credential should not have Apprentice (CPC-"A").Should have experience in E&M Outpatient, Inpatient and ED Coding along with minor surgery procedures. ;E&M Inpatient coding experience is mandatory.Experience in Multispecialty will be an added advantage. ;Experience:Coding experience: Minimum 3 years (Post Certification)Auditing experience (Optional) ;Communication: ;Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills ;Working Hours:40 hours per week as Full time employeeShift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM ISTWeekends Off ;Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadbandMust understand and adhere with telecommuter policy ; ; ; ;Skills and abilities:Follow every aspect of SOP without fail ;Ensure to maintain the 98% QualityEnsure to maintain the 7.5 claims per hour as productivityUpdating the QA feedback in EXLmine & PareoComplete received Audits with QualityTo achieve Quality and production targetFollow project related protocols ;and instructions ;Escalate issues, identify trends...Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications ;All emails from Manager should be answered promptly without failEnsure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG ;
