Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee car finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving collections targets through field visits to customers/agencies.

Ability to monitor performance and deliver regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines relevant to product repossession.

Experience maintaining accurate customer records and transaction logs.

Strong reporting skills for collection activities and performance metrics.

Experience handling escalations and resolving issues efficiently.

Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.

Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.

Skills in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and target achievement.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
