Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural

Job Purpose

The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case to case tracking.
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.

  • Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in generating regular reports on collection activities and performance.

  • Experience with Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Experience in case to case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.
  • Exposure to portfolio management and debt collection strategy.
  • Proven track record in target achievement and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
