Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer

Job Purpose

The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.
Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
Manage Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report).
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Track cases individually.
Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
Portfolio management.
Debt collection strategy development and implementation.
Achieve set targets.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Reporting and analysis.
Risk management.
Team leadership.
Vendor management.
Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in managing collections and recovery of overdue payments.
Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection and repossession.
Experience in portfolio management and achieving collection targets.
Ability to analyze performance and prepare reports.
Demonstrated risk management skills.
Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
