Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets.

Focus on PL roll back cases and target achievement in PL roll back.

Ensure documented feedback.

Ensure audit queries are complied with.

Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability pool-wise / segment-wise.

Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters, and conducting weekly review with the collection executives.

Ensure background and reference check of agencies / DMAs being appointed.

Constant evaluation of DMAs and agencies.

Identify and manage training needs for the Collection Executives (CEs).

Visit random customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

People management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
