Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-to-case tracking.
  • Resolve cases as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development and execution.
  • Achieve assigned targets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all collection activities.
  • Reporting and analysis of collection data.
  • Risk management related to debt collection.
  • Team leadership and guidance.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  • Required Qualifications and Experience
