The job requires you to ensure a smooth and happy customer experience at Capitol Residences. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the Customer Experience Center operates smoothly. Your responsibilities include talking to customers for feedback, handling objections on site, creating delight for visitors, and resolving any issues promptly. You should bring a fresh approach to delight customers and handle snags effectively. Your key responsibilities will involve customer experience oversight to handle snags with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, you will manage facility operations, including handling invoices and coordinating with other departments. You are expected to learn best practices from the market by visiting other company sites to enhance services continually. A problem-solving mindset is crucial in this role to address various challenges promptly. You must have a hospitality background with 8-10 years of work experience, willingness to travel to other sites, work on weekends, and handle site invoices. The ability to approach problem-solving creatively is essential.
